Pastor Bob Nikl

Pastor Bob, Community Pastor

Pastor Bob has lived his entire life in the suburbs of St. Paul.  In 2001 he married his wife, Sheila, who he met in the U.S., but is originally from the Philippines.  He quit his job of mold-making after 20 years in 2003 to attend The Master’s Institute Seminary to pursue their passion of cross-cultural ministry.  He graduated in 2006.  Their original plan was to go overseas to serve the Lord but God showed them that He brought the world to the Twin Cities.  Living cross-culturally has opened many doors.  Pastor Bob has worked with a variety of cultures in the Twin Cities area.  Some of the different cultures he has worked directly with are Tibetan, Hmong, Latino, Somali, Cambodian, Vietnamese, and of course Filipino.  Plus, he has close friends in the Liberian and Ethiopian communities.  Pastor Bob and his wife are very excited about serving and working with the different cultures on the East Side of St. Paul.
